Bulk Orders

To ensure we can accommodate your bulk order effectively, such as corporate gifting needs, we kindly ask that all bulk orders be submitted at least 1-2 weeks in advance for orders of 20-50 items. This timeframe allows us sufficient time to prepare, customize, and schedule your order for delivery.For orders of 51 items or more, we recommend submitting your request 3 weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth process. Effective Date: October 1, 2024Order ConfirmationOrders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Artisan reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.Care and HandlingWe are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.FulfillmentAll fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.Photography and MarketingWe reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.PaymentFull payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Each order undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving the store to ensure satisfaction. Shipping & Delivery

Effective Date: October 1, 2024Order Fulfillment for ShipmentWeekly preorders are accepted until 4 PM on Mondays, with all orders shipped by Wednesday. Orders placed after the 4 PM deadline on Monday will be processed for shipment the following week. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.Order Fulfillment for Local DeliveryWeekly pre-orders are accepted until 4 PM on Mondays for delivery between Thursday and Saturday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Monday will be processed for delivery the following week between Monday and Wednesday. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery date in approximately 24 hours of purchase, along with a notification when your order is out for delivery. If you have unique requests or need arrangements for special occasions, reach out to us at [email protected].Arrival DateAll orders require a 48-72 hour production time before shipment, including next-day shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.No Signature Upon ArrivalUPS does not require a signature for our packages, meaning your order will be left at the delivery destination if the driver feels comfortable doing so. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made as soon as possible, usually on the next business day. We recommend bringing the product inside and storing it properly as soon as it arrives.Delayed ShipmentsWe make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. However, since we use third-party carriers, Wrapped ‘n Cake is not responsible for delays once your order is in transit. Unexpected factors such as weather, mechanical issues, or natural disasters may cause delays.
